We provide two separate modules of leadership and change management interventions. One is dubbed: Management Development for Middle Managers, Supervisors and ‘Rising Stars’ while the other is Executive Leadership Development. This course seeks to develop key leadership and managerial attributes in individuals who are either leading or managing and those aspiring to be future managers and leaders. The customized and generic modules may include, inter alia: team development processes; team roles and team leading; change management processes; coping with organizational change, transitions and crises; emotional, cultural and social intelligence; self-management; conflict management; myth management; stress management; time management and anger management.
